Welcome

“If it is time to find clarity, hope, relief, and a sense of empowerment — this is your opportunity to begin the conversation.”

I enjoy working with emerging adults and adults of all ages. During times of transition — leaving home for the first time, beginning a family or career, grieving a loss, or caring for aging parents — you may feel anxious, stuck, or not quite like yourself. You are not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

Nature and healing

Warm, Grounded & Evidence-Based

My therapy style is grounded in best practices and theory. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and culturally appropriate strategies — delivered with a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.

We’ll look at the way your self-talk impacts your perceptions, find new ways to look at things, and address this through reframing. I use a holistic approach that explores how you experience life — mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

Exploring balance in therapy and in life is a priority. I use humor, stories, and positive psychology to balance the painful and unpleasant. You are encouraged to come exactly as you are — even if it’s messy. Pets are always welcome in session.

You May Be Feeling…

🌿

Anxious or Overwhelmed

Restless, overusing substances to turn down emotional intensity, or struggling to stay on top of life’s activities. These are real reasons people choose to talk with a counselor.

In the Middle of Change

Navigating divorce, family transition, emerging adulthood, or career shifts. You may be grieving the familiarity of the life you once knew — and that is okay.

Searching for Clarity

Avoiding conflict, feeling alone in your struggle, or exploring your gender or sexual identity. This is a safe space — for all of it, exactly as it is.

“Kayaking with my dog, hiking and skiing are my favorite activities. These help me stay grounded and mindful — and they’re something I often encourage my clients to explore in their own way.”

Calm, Steady & In Control Again

I specialize in anxiety, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, I offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to feel more steady.

I provide both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are.
